CAFE

Long before Lola was born, we started grilling for people in the backyard.  And people loved the wings. After she arrived, we continued the tradition and the folks still loved the wings. Years later, Lola was ready to learn how to run a business and get to work. So, at the age of 12 she got a snow cone machine and we began to work festivals. It was a simple operation - a tent, a grill, the snow cone machine, and a few warmers.

And people loved the wings.

We moved to Jim Lupient water park in 2014 and started Lola’s Café at Kings Landing. We hired local kids and gave them summer jobs. And again, everybody loved the wings. Today, our wings and tailgating menu are reaching football fans on Medtronic Plaza at the U.S. Bank Stadium, the new home of the Minnesota Vikings. Come tailgate with Lola's Cafe on the Plaza during home games for the 2019-2020 season.
